The ordinary work of a Buddhist community
Ti-Ratana Dhamma
A community becomes possible through work that rarely appears on a stage: cleaning a room, preparing a clear notice, carrying chairs, checking a recording’s permissions, helping an elder find a seat, and explaining the programme to a newcomer. Calling this work Dhamma practice should make its ethics more visible, not make its workers easier to overlook.
